  • Do you ship worldwide?
  • Unfortunately as of now we only ship in Nairobi. 
  • How much does shipping cost?
  • Shipping costs vary based on your location and are listed at checkout, select your zone and the price is shown this will be included in the total at checkout. 
  • When will my order be shipped?
  • We are a small business and because of this, all orders will be delivered on Wednesdays and Saturdays, you will get a notification when your order it is out for delivery.

  • What is the jewellery made out of?
  • All our products are made of stainless steel, then coated with 22k gold. Therefore, they are gold plated. 
  • Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?
  • Stainless steel is generally considered to be hypoallergenic for most people. Hypoallergenic materials are those that are less likely to cause allergic reactions in individuals with sensitive skin or metal allergies. 
  • Can I swim with my jewellery?
  • We recommend not swimming with any of your pieces in swimming pools, oceans or using it in saunas as the plating will wear off faster when exposed to salt and chemicals. 
  • Will the gold plating fade?
  • The plating on your jewellery has a limited lifespan and will naturally fade with time. To extend its longevity, please adhere to these recommendations:
    1. Keep your jewellery separate from perfumes, body lotions, and chemicals.
    2. Prevent contact with abrasive surfaces.
    3. Refrain from wearing your jewellery in hot tubs, pools, during showers, or while engaging in sports activities.
  • How long will my jewellery last? 
  • The durability of the plating varies based on factors like your jewellery usage, sweat composition, and daily interactions. This timeline is unique to each individual.

  • How do i place an order?
  • You can place an order through our website directly. Following the M-PESA instructions. 
    Returns
  • How do i make a return?
  • Contact us on our page with the reason why you would like to make a return, then we shall be in touch to get a picture of the product focusing on what the issue is. We will sort you out as soon as possible!
  • What is your return policy?
  • In the event of size discrepancies or dissatisfaction with your purchase, we're pleased to provide you with store credit, allowing you to explore alternative items (if available). Kindly note that earrings are not eligible for returns. You have five days upon arrival to contact us on our email for a return.
    You can only return items if:
    There was a defect in the product when you received it.
