All our products are made of stainless steel, then plated with 22k gold. Over time, the gold layer may naturally fade, revealing the stainless steel underneath. Please note that this is a normal occurrence in plated jewellery and does not indicate any defects in the product.
To preserve the luminous appearance of your jewellery for an extended period, we advise adhering to the following guidelines:
1. Store your jewellery separately from other pieces. You can keep them in the reusable bag you received with your order.
2. Keep away from perfumes, body lotions, and other chemical substances.
3. Avoid contact with hard surfaces that may cause scratches or abrasions.
4. Refrain from wearing your jewellery while engaging in using a jacuzzi, swimming, showering, or participating in sports and avoid entering the ocean with it.
5. Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to gently wipe the jewellery after each use to remove any sweat, oils, or dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaners.
